Throughout his illustrious military career, Tim McLean has undertaken multiple out-of-country tours and assumed various challenging positions, showcasing his resilience and adaptability in dynamic environments. His exceptional contributions to the Royal Canadian Air Force have been recognized with the prestigious Order of Military Merit, a testament to his unwavering commitment and outstanding service to the nation.
As Tim transitioned from military life to the civilian sector, he found a new mission — assisting fellow military and public service personnel in their pursuit of meaningful civilian employment. Recognizing the challenges faced by veterans in job searching, resume writing, and mastering interview techniques, Tim founded McLean East Coast Consulting to provide invaluable support to those navigating the often daunting process of transitioning to civilian careers.

Kelly holds degrees in Psychology and Social Work, and her journey in the field reflects a passion for supporting individuals through various challenges. Her career path has traversed through pivotal areas such as employment consulting, supporting military families, housing, homelessness, domestic violence, and addictions. Kelly brings a wealth of experience and a multifaceted skill set to McLean East Coast Consulting and the Service to Success Program, reflecting her dedication to support the diverse needs of Canadian Forces Members and Government Employees in their career transition.
